Fritz vs StockFish

I had installed DroidFish in my mobile, which is considered to be the most powerful chess engines of the recent times (Stock Fish). Fritz is considered to be equally powerful, hence I was curious which one is the King, hence had them play with each other and surprisingly it was a draw!
A three fold checkmate by white resulted in draw. The above is the final position.
